Do you experience difficulty in handling conflict in organizations? Are you anxious to improve your ability to take a problem-solving approach to organizational dilemmas? This course assists students in becoming more effective negotiators in a range of organizational situations. Students learn the different types of negotiating approaches and practice their use in a variety of situations.
