In the Shaw Leadership Program Residential Seminar, students will prepare for leadership roles within the university and beyond through development of a personal leadership philosophy that focuses on social awareness and ethical action. Students will learn to become critical thinkers, effective communicators, and socially and culturally aware leaders. Students will be introduced to different theories and models of leadership and will engage in formative practices that will shape their academic and professional goals.
