Part II of the Residential Leadership Seminar continues to build on the leadership skills gained during the fall semester as a Teaching Assistant to the Living Learning Community Residential Seminar. The working relationships with the faculty member,faculty liaison to the Living Learning Communities, and the Residential Life will continue along with support and involvement with the first-year residents. Senior TAs are expected to continue attending and participating in the LLC programming, meetings, and the culminating spring experience.
