Gives lip-service about encouraging class discussion but squelches any dialogue which contradicts his ideological stance. Can't answer basic questions about the text when points of disagreement are raised. So arrogant as to assume that those who disagree with him do so only because they don't understand the basic and inane course content.
His disorganized, free-flowing and condescending pedagogy combined with unclear (and therefore, unreasonably high) standards make for a frustrating classroom experience. Glosses over major concepts and concentrates on pointless minutiae. He prints out 2-4 pages of notes every class and then reads them to us *verbatim* with little or no explanation.
