Scores average answered numerical ratings. Older evaluation records may summarize whole sections and have no written comment. Written reviews are counted separately. How scores work
Good professor but never would give an outline of what was expected on exams. Like one sentence about things to maybe prepare but never explicit about the format or types of questions to expect. But all things considered, a little effort in the course goes a long way... and the essays are pretty easy.
She is bipolar. Sometimes she seems nice, but then she'll yell at you in front of the class for needing to use the restroom. She assigns way too much reading, and grades harshly on your participation for the day. I think she means well, but I would never take a class with her again. I wouldn't recommend her, and would avoid any classes she teaches.
Professor assigns lengthy, dense readings. She isn't considerate of students' lives; we are taking other courses that are more difficult and count towards our major, and she still demands a very close reading of everything she assigns. Has a passive-aggressive way of teaching and referring to students. Thinks her way of thought is the only way.
Means well but overall an odd person. Gets visibly upset and guilt trips students when they leave her lecture to go to the bathroom or get water. Assigns dense readings that that much of the class cannot fully complete on a daily basis. At times is very nice and caring, just isn't very understanding of students. Strict no phone/screen policy.
