There is a lot of reading and he can get off topic at times. The feedback he gives on papers is good but not very clear as to what EXACTLY he wants you to do or how to better it, even if you ask him for help again. Class participation matters as you are graded everyday on it. Also, there are only 2 papers, but the account for 25% of your grade.
Bobby is a great teacher. He's excited about the stuff we read and tries to get us excited too. Some of the class discussions were really interesting. Beware if you hate talking in class because Bobby will try to get you out of your comfort zone. His feedback on writing was super useful, though he's not an easy grader. Recommend it!
Professor Robert Wengronowitz is overall a really awesome person and puts a lot of work into improving the class for the students. He really wants you to earn a good grade and values good discussions.
