Scores average answered numerical ratings. Older evaluation records may summarize whole sections and have no written comment. Written reviews are counted separately. How scores work
She loves what she does, but unfortunately in my class (Fall 2018), her mic was messed up and we could barely hear her if we were stuck in the last 2 rows. I really love Excel so I enjoyed the class a lot, but I didnt think she was anything special as a professor. It was also her first semester teaching the course so I cut her some slack there.
Professor Xuan is awesome! She is very thourough in explaining concepts, and she is always asking for student feedback and makes sure she isn't moving too fast. I can tell she really cares about what she teaches, and she is pretty friendly and funny on a personal level. Not too much hw and really enjoyed her lectures. 10/10 recommend.
