Do not miss an exam and if you do go bother him for a response because email won't do. Attendance is extremely mandatory, and if you miss any class, your grade will drop immediately. The final exam included questions based on things he said in class, rather than the slides. Slides are word-heavy. Lab is easy, but directions hard at times to follow.

Prof. Becker approaches his class with enthusiasm and passion. He is very considerate and available to talk with outside of class, despite the fact that it was a lecture hall class. Take National Parks for science core!
