Class starts out pretty hard with the quizzes, but they get easier, with the final being super easy. He is super knowledgeable, the material is certainly not boring, and he is interested in the students learning. Very easy to get an A if you do the readings.
A great and fun professor, you can tell he truly loves what he does. Almost more of a history class than a theology class for the most part, but he incorporates both so well. Only assignments are the readings which are relatively short (typically not more than 10 pages a class, oftentimes less)
