Like most OB classes the content wasn't too challenging but the professor made it fun. I didn't mind that you were pushed to attend/participate cause he didn't lecture for very long.
This was my favorite class at BC. Not only did we have fun activities but I also learned a lot. It was nice to have a Prof. that actually cared about his students.
He was one of the best professors I had at BC even though he was only a PhD student at the time I took his Organizational Behavior class. He also uses a lot of media and fun activities to help things sink in.
