Not the clearest speaker, but if you use a computer to take notes and manage to get down most of what he says, you should be okay, He gives weekly quizzes, taken on tuesdays, he'll give you the quiz question on Thursday. The quizzes last about 5 minutes and consist of one question, a nice easy way to raise your grade.
This guy just likes to hear himself talk. He's a horrible professor in general. Honestly, I'd rather bury my nose in Plato than the essays he makes us read (that he wrote).
