Professor Brooks is organized, easy-going, and very good at explaining confusing topics. He always understands when we are worn out and often lets us out early. He also loves an easy Friday. There are lots of small assignments to cushion a bad grade. There can be a fair amount of reading, but overall, I would highly suggest taking his class.
super nice, interested in getting to know you. going to office hours helps, and he's very available. he makes the content very relevant and class is a great mix of lectures, discussion, and some small group work. he will push you to be a better writer, but will guide you along the way. very organized, sticks to the syllabus, loves casual fridays :)
