Thoroughly enjoyed the semester with Prof. Tabatabai. Compared to elementary Arabic courses, this introduction to Persian was relatively pain free. Everyone in the class was at different levels and he was very accommodating. He's very attentive to each student's needs and was always supportive. A great teacher. I wish I could take his poetry course
