Scores average answered numerical ratings. Older evaluation records may summarize whole sections and have no written comment. Written reviews are counted separately. How scores work
He's a really nice guy, but struggles in lecture. Office hours are extremely helpful in understanding homework, of which there is a lot. Exams are extremely fair, and he is a very generous grader. He has a good feel for how the class is doing and adjusts material on exams accordingly. Grading system makes it easy to make up for poor exam grades.
I've never struggled in a math class before this class. Was going to be a math minor but not anymore. His lectures don't resemble the test material at all. Neither do the practice tests or labs. The only test out of 3 that is manageable is the first one because it is all calc 1 material. He often confuses himself while teaching. Ruining my GPA.
He's a nice person, but if you have not taken Calculus in the past, you'll struggle in this class. He admitted it himself in class, but the huge lecture halls of MATH1100 does not really help in terms of learning. If you take this class, be prepared because the tests are really difficult, and the format of the class does not make it easier.
Beware if you don't have any previous calculus knowledge, this class will speedily get away from you if that's the case. He's a great guy, and likes to talk with his students, however, his lectures are very boring and can lead into blurbs of confusion. Perhaps not entirely his fault, given the content, however, I would not take him again.
He'd not great at teaching math, in the sense that he teaches for memorization and not understanding. Essentially, it's hard to excel in the class (from a standpoint of understanding content) if you aren't already familiar with calculus. Even still, he has sometimes refrained from teaching content that is on the exams.
Mac is a good guy and tries his best, but he is not great. If you are good at math and have taken calc before, you will be fine. The good news is he does not create or even grade the assignments. It really comes down to you as a learner. If you need a lot of in depth explanation, try taking the course with Juliana Belding or Keaton Quinn.
He understands the material, but he isn't great about putting concepts into terms that students can actually understand. He is also frequently unavailable during his "office hours" which makes it hard to stay on track if you are struggling. I wish he just explained concepts better rather than assuming we can read his mind.

Avoid McKee at all costs. Bro cannot teach. Bring a pillow and comforter to class.

He's actually so confusing and he never tells you what he's explaining he just starts moving from one idea to the next you're going to get so lost.

He isn't the best teacher and doesn't do a good job explaining concepts. Class is very unengaging I'd take another teacher for this course.

This class is so boring. He is not helpful and so confusing in the way he teaches. Would not recommend him to anyone
