Professor Getzoff is a kind, knowledgeable, and passionate professor with a clear interest in his lecture material. His assignments were extremely reasonable and all reading were only beneficial to you as a student to actually do them. His class only took about 3-4 hours of labor from me every week outside of class. He is responsive over email too.
Getzoff was great! Lectures were genuinely enjoyable and engaging and content is very interesting and prevalent. He is so caring and willing to accommodate or help in any way that he can. His tests are very manageable as he gives you all of the content ahead of time! Would definitely take again and recommend!
Getzoff is amazing. Please take him if you get the chance. Super interesting class. Objective when speaking on polarizing topics. All of his expectations are clear and he genuinely wants his students to succeed. There are direct ties from lectures to the real world. If you put in the effort, you will reap the benefits. A++++
Prof. Getzoff's class has taught me the most at BC so far, his lectures make it very easy to stay engaged and retain information. He pushes students to do well and you can tell he genuinely cares about the content and our learning. He is a great reflection of the IS major and what it should offer!
Prof. Getzoff is by far one of the best professors I've taken at BC. He is clear, incredibly knowledgable, and genuinely wants every student to succeed. You can tell he is passionate about what he is teaching and if you're not already, you certainly will be as well.
I really enjoy taking global cultures and political geography with Professor Getzoff. He is very knowledgeable and his lectures are very engaging. His exams are very fair and reflective of the material learned in class. I would 100% take a class with him again.
Love Prof Getzoff!! He is so knowledgable and understanding. He made the material so interesting and clearly puts a lot of time into planning his class. He tries to help you do well in his class but still makes you learn. He provides some awesome readings and gives good feedback on assignments.
