Mike is AMAZING. Really thoughtful and genuinely cares. If you make the effort (which is not that much), you can get an A easily. While the required individual meetings seem tedious, they are the most important part to do well. Criteria can be vague at times, but meeting with him will clear things up. Great first class to take at BC.

Very passive aggressive, treats class like a middle school class. Excessively harsh on grading, and needs the entire class his way. Take another writing teacher and do not be fooled by his niceness the first week.
