This review is for his entrepreneurial finance class at GU, not BC. Engaging and passionate. Fun cases. I loved that he chose cases that always have a surprising end. Everybody liked him in the class

Clear explanations despite the tough materials. Loved his focus on personal finance which makes his class unique. Also liked that he talks about his own research on the topics he covers, which makes the class more interesting that just learning textbook concepts. Was proud to show my family that my teacher was interviewed by Bloomberg TV.

Professor D'Acunto is the best I've had at BC so far. Fair grader. He covers tons of material, but makes it flow well. This class (Fundamentals of Finance) could be very dry, but he makes it interesting with daily events discussion. Learned lots of useful personal finance stuff. I like that he folds in his own research on FinTech and mortgages.

Amazing professor. Really accomodating. Very fair grader. When most of the class got a question wrong, he didn't count the problem and gave EC to those who got it right. Midterm and final are manageable; not cumulative. HW is really important and useful, so do it. Explains in depth how to do all the problems. Material is straightforward, but tough.
