knowledgeable but not great at teaching. exams are exceedingly hard but actual classwork is misleadingly simple. i memorized a lot and did well on the exams but feel like i didn't learn the actual subject
Professor Kelly is past his prime. He seems to knowledgable on the topic, but fails to communicate properly with the students. He has lots of "relevant" examples applicable to the "real" world, but even these tend to be extremely dated. The exams are getting increasingly difficult, even though he posts practice exams that are misleadingly easy.
