ONE OF THE MORE OVERRATED PROFS AT BC- nice enough woman very chill- tests are written poorly tho- worded very weirdly so you need to try and guess what she is looking for- not bad but not good imo- definitely cares abt teaching I would say though- don't avoid
A passionate professor who shows you why he loves his job as a lawyer. Nice guy overall, tough exams, but he gives you a fair warning and provides you with the resources needed to prepare for them.
Super interesting class, and Prof Scheufele is obviously very passionate about what she does. She also cares a lot about her students and is more than willing to help you out if you're struggling. This is a hard class though, there's a lot of content but you will learn a lot.

Funny guy that makes a long period interesting. 2 tests that were pretty straightforward but he takes off points for very specific things. 1 paper that was relatively simple. Overall funny guy and relatively easy class.
Topical case readings, easy to participate in class, and clear expectations for exams and the research paper. Prof. Scheufele truly cares about the subject, and you will learn a lot. Highly recommend this class.
Actually one of the most compelling teachers at BC and even encouraged me to potentially look into a career in law. If you read the mindtap readings, you will do well in the class
She's an awesome teacher and super knowledgable about the subject. Can be a tough grader but gives lots of extra credit on the exams. Would definitely take again.
Amazing class and an even better professor. Truly wants students to succeed, very understanding as well. Course content is very interesting and can be enjoyable as well. 2 and 1/2 hour class but gives periodic breaks.
Awesome guy, great lecturer, and is always open to hearing feedback from students. He really cares about his students. Make a small effort in class (not hard in a 2.5 hour class) and he'll be incredibly receptive to you. Highly recommend
