Professor Brown was genuinely above and beyond. In any way you can excel as a teacher, he did. His class is consistently engaging, and he knows how to push students without humiliating them. Fantastic.

Professor Brown is one of my favorite professors I have had here at Boston College he is a must take! Great guy who truly cares about the class and made it very fun.

Professor Brown is the best professor I've had at BC. He brings great energy to class every day, the readings were enjoyable, and discussions were very engaging. He's one of the most caring people I've met, and great for casual conversations outside class/office hours. He also gave video feedback on essays which was very helpful. 11/10 professor.

Brown is the best English teacher I have ever had. Genuinely the nicest guy ever. He was so easy to reach outside of class and would even peer review essays before we turned them in. If you ever have the chance to take his class do it immediately. He wrote the entire class handwritten notes at the end of the semester. Amazing human being.

Such a kind professor and I honestly wish I participated in class more. He was always super understanding and overall just a really great professor :) I would take him 10 more times if I was given the option! Take him!!
