I graduated BC a few years ago and still use the material I learned from Prof. Khaitan all the time! She taught in a way that you didn't just memorize, but learn the material. I highly recommend her course! She is AMAZING!

Prof K is phenomenal! She is the best teacher I've had in college thus far. She is smart, kind and genuinely cares about her students learning the material. I'm am declaring my major as accounting in large part due to her enthusiasm and guidance! So sad she left BC. Brandeis is lucky to have her!

Fast pace in class and problem sets every week. Makes class material harder than other professors. Have to memorize formulas for exams (unlike other professors that provide formula sheets)

Prof Khaitan is the best professor I've had a BC so far! She knows accounting like the back of her hand. She is also an excellent teacher. Her explanations and clear and she makes sure you understand the material before she moves on. I would not have liked accounting nearly as much if I took it with anyone else!

Professor Khaitan is a great teacher for many reasons. She is clear and knowledgeable. Her teaching style is very approachable. She teaches the material in a way that you won't forget the material years later, minimal memorization. She is kind and patient, but don't expect her to be easy. The class requires you to work hard, but she makes it fun!

Professor Divya is one of my favorite professors at Boston College. I transfered to BC and found it very hard to adjust. Professor Divya made this much easier. I looked forward to going to her class. She is wonderful teacher, really smart and most of all, very caring. She wants all the kids to succeed. I wish to make more of her classes!

Tough class but very rewarding. The tests are challenging and make you synthesize multiple concepts in one problem. The class is mostly lectures, but they are very informative and professor Khaitan makes them interesting. Written HW is difficult but very important for learning; online HW is simpler. She is very upfront about what is on the test.

Khaitan is probably the best professor I will ever have in my academic career! She is very clear on the material, her expectations and how to succeed in class. It's simple: 1) Pay attention in class, 2) Do the homework, 3) Do Practice problems. If you are willing to work hard, Prof. K will make sure you learn the material. She is the best!

The financial accounting class is not hard, but it is challenging. Professor Khaitan makes you work for your grade. She tries to make the lecture as interesting as possible and the homework really helps clear up anything you might not understand.

Professor Khaitan is the absolute BEST professor I have every had! She is very smart and a great teacher. She is clear with her expectations and very fair. She explains the material very well and makes sure you understand the material. She reached out to me after a personal situation to make sure I was ok and helped me keep up with my work!

If you like lots of unnecessary work, Khaitan is for you. I am friends with people in almost every Financial Accounting class and she gives the most. Moreover, you are taught one thing in class, and the homework online is different. The tests are a mix of both material which complicates things. She is far from an easy grader and makes bad jokes.

Entertaining lecturer, but very unflexible in regards to class attendance and exams. Unable to retake final exam after time conflict - received 4

I loved this class! I went in expecting for it to be dry and boring, but it was the opposite! Professor Khaitan made it fun and interesting! I heard from other students that the other professors were not nearly as good. I've been out of college 2 years now and trust me, you will use what you learned in this class a lot! 100% recommend with Khaitan.
