She is super sweet and caring. Very few assignments and the final was super easy. A lot of time she would get carried away in discussion so class time went by fast. Heavily recommend for FWS.

Yapper with a monotone voice, but the content is interesting. Must do the readings, or else he gets mad. Discussion-based, and if you didn't answer his questions exactly how he wanted you to, he would say "no.” Nice guy and passionate about the work, so if you don't mind reading, it's not bad.
Professor Yavuz is really nice and wants you to succeed. However, her lectures can be boring and her accent is hard to understand. She moves through the material quickly and picks favorites. She is not bad, but I'd try someone else first.
Really enthusiastic and interested in the material. Does a very good job creating interesting discussions and talking about what's important in the readings. Very friendly and gets to know students very personally.

She is the best professor I've had at BC so far! Her exams are hard but she prepares you well if you pay attention during lectures and attend office hours.
Knowledgeable about the subjects in the lab, great at answering questions and super helpful during the lab when things go sideways. She is so caring and will go out of her way to help you.

Her history lectures are well put together and she is super knowledgeable about the subjects. Offers interesting perspectives that most history teachers do not. Cares a lot about her students and is also willing to help.
Explains concepts with derivations and mathematics which is often interesting, but conceptually challenging. Super kind and caring professor, make sure to go to his office hours if you need anything explained.
Classes can get boring, but if you read and stay engage in class conversations it is very interesting and fun to be in. No exams and his papers are not hard to write and grading is chill. He's willing to help anyone and is really kind.
Really good lecturer. The slides are usually just words so taking notes is easy. The things he says is just a summary of what is on the board. Exams are not difficult if you study and they only get easier. Also, just a great guy.
Professor Griffith is a great guy but only a decent professor. His problems and examples are top-tier, when explaining concepts, he is awful. I would only take him if you are a Computer Science major or have prior experience.
Professor Linso is genuinely one of the sweetest instructors I have ever met. She is always positive. She always offers help with the course and life in general. In regards to her class, it is not that difficult and she makes it very engaging and fun. I would take her class 100/100 times.
Professor Heyman is a good guy with good intentions, but if you are not a psychology major and have not taken AP Psychology in high school, do not take his class. He has the most boring lectures I have ever been a part of and the exams are extremely difficult. Avoid this class.
Very kind and understanding about extensions. A bit boring at times but it is what it is... it's a lit core class. I would definitely recommend
I had her for lit core. Super nice and flexible- you get three assignment "skips" and multiple bank days to use on essays if you aren't going to make a deadline. She also offers to proofread your rough draft of every essay. She's the best!!
It's been a minute, but I took English 6032: Islam on the Shakespearean Stage with John during his first semester at BC. He's the kindest and most engaged professor I've had during my time here--always ready to listen, talk about books, and offer advice. Very intelligent too!

I loved Professor A. Her lectures are sometimes a little long, but the class is very manageable compared to other persepctives classes. As long as you pay attention and take good notes in class, the takehome tests are very straightforward.
The tests are not reflective of the homework, quizzes or lectures and are often much harder than you would expect. The last test had an average of 61%. Other gen chem teachers have consistently higher test averages.
Super nice professor, you can tell he wants you to do well. Sometimes class was boring and there seemed like there was a lot of reading, but any assignments were so easy, and reading material is covered in class. Midterms and final were all take-home, and essay prompts were very straightforward.
First half of the course had a lot of reading, but assignments were always pretty easy and there's a lot of opportunity for extra credit. For sure one of the nicest professors I've ever had, you truly get the sense that he wants to see you succeed and is always willing to help you
She's a kind and honest professor. A lot of reading is assigned, but that is to be expected in a History class. If you put in the work on projects and meet with her if needed, you're set to get a good grade. But, if you slack off, she can tell and will call you out. Overall, I enjoyed this class.
Can Erbil. Oh me oh my, where do I begin. No words - amazing class, amazing lecturer, amazing mustache. He's the goat wallahi. Look no further for another econ prof he's him. Trust.
Great teacher, best of all stats options... explains projects well and will do her best to make sure you understand course material. She preps you for each exam thoroughly.
Chen-Lao Shi is the goat. Very lenient and forgiving, really wants to help you learn. Take her practicum.

Such a nice guy, deeply cares about the material and does his best to make class interesting. Gets to know his students well and is available outside of class. Very professional and will set boundaries if you try to take a shortcut but overall incredible professor.
great guy + interesting lectures, but very hard exams + tons of reading (that you thankfully don't really need to do)
nice person + interesting lectures, but very hard + tons of reading
pretty easy, just study a good amount for midterm + final
not much reading, attendance is mandatory, but shes a great storyteller and very interesting. easy grader too, just get on her good side and participate and youll enjoy the class. recommend skimming readings but not necessary to do them
