Take her section if you are taking perspectives. She is by far the easiest professor. All exams and quizzes are online and open book. All my other friends in perspectives have 10x more work plus she cancels the Wed night lectures all the time.

I have Prof. MD for micro theory, and she is a great professor. She is personable, kind, and teaches thoroughly. We do adequate in-class practice and the exams are straightforward and similar to the problem set.
Most condescending and mean professor - Went in hopeful and ended up dropping the class. He is so rude in office hours - I think he wants all of his students to fail. This is the first class at BC where I genuinely think that he hates kids. Please do not take him!
Very passionate and a good teacher. She gives helpful tips and ample amount of time to do assignments. Lets us out of class early almost every time. Lenient with deadlines. Overall reccommend.
Very easy A. Grade is based on 5 quizzes she gives the study guide for, no extra studying required. Midterm and a final, she curved our midterm. Don't need to go to class, but attendance is required. Overall, super good lecturer and so nice.
Really amazing professor. Generally an easy class, although there is a lot of reading most of it is pretty interesting. Fr. Shea is kind and very forgiving in terms of grading and deadlines. I would very highly recommend taking his Perspectives class over any other.
soooooo chill. kinda just turns into a philosophy class. highly recommend
Genuinely horrible. It's so much work and so hard. The tests are listening to a snippet of an old, often classical song, naming the song, composer, era, and larger work, and answering questions about it. Only one person got an higher than a B- on the first test.
Extremely boring, however, it is very, very easy, and you are able to sit on your phone the entire class. Would recommend if you want an easy econ class.
Funny, engaging, and truly cared about us as people and students. The workload was not impossible but necessarily heavy, and he worked with us to find a good balance between ensuring we could do Multi and our lives.
Great professor
Very passionate about OB; classes are very engaging and very well organized; class did so well on first exam that started grading harder after but nonetheless take her if you can—she is the best person ever
Excellent and easy
I took MATH1103 (Calc 2) with her and she was amazing! Always made sure we were keeping up and truly cared about us doing well. She is so nice with any questions and explains everything very clearly. Would recommend 100000%!
awesome teacher. Funny, fun guy. very doable class.
One of the most eccentric personalities ever. This class was extremely challenging and was heavy on the work, but it was entirely the most rewarding class I've taken
Professor Legas clearly cares about the course material and does a good job of explaining the content. However, she is very strict about the use of outside sources and is quick to belittle students for asking questions or for needing clarification on the content.
Boring lectures and a very tough grader. Undoubtedly favors liberal female students over others. Seems to be pretty passionate about the material, though.
He is OK. Not bad not good. The class is fine. Overall mediocre
Solid class. She is very sweet. She is a good teacher but not a great teacher. Enjoyable all around though
Horrible class. Lectures are boring and she is a very hard grader. A lot of work and she is not very friendly in my opinion. The concepts are pretty boring also.
HIST2001 · Early to Feudal Japan: Peasants, Nobles, & Shoguns
Fantastic class taught by a fantastic professor. Cannot recommend enough!
Devin Pendas teaches a great class on World War II. He assigns a lot of reading so don't take him if you are a weenie.
EESC1704 · Climate Change and the Corporation: Risks, Rewards, and Responsibilities
Very knowledgeable and passionate about environmental sciences. Super nice, kinda a tough grader but pretty clear teaching style and would recommend.
UNAS1733 · Climate Change and the Corporation: Risks, Rewards, and Responsibilities
Good prof, but classes aren't insanely engaging kinda boring. Def go to her office hours and participate if you want a better grade.
Overall it's an easy A class. The material was engaging and the class was interactive, however, sometimes Dr. Alexander can be a harsh grader when uncalled for.
so great! loved him! i never talked in class, but he really works with you based on your essays and isn't a hard grader for the us pres class. it was super interesting too. learned a lot!
I had her for two semesters, I think that her classes are kind of useless and most of the content is common knowledge. She can be nice at times but changes the assignment the night before it is due, assigns readings for the day after at 9pm, and is usually not available outside of class.
Love Taghian. She is a very kind professor and is quite approachable. Her tests are definitely hard, but studying for the tests really pushed me to be my best and taught me how to study for STEM based classes in college. I will always be proudest of my Taghian Tests.
She is incredibly kind and understanding, and extremely passionate and knowledgable about the material. She genuinely wants to get to know you, and wants you to succeed. 10/10 recommend-- she revived my love for English!
